Letter To Every Entrepreneur ☺ By Harrison Akadidi

Being an entrepreneur is a life only few people can live and understand, these are few traits of entrepreneurs:

We don’t function well under authority (Work place) — We do better leading the team
We spend more time to our selves — doing on thing! Thinking #BrainStorming
We are our own motivation… easily motivated by inner thoughts
We work today to make money for the long term. To build wealth rather than make income.
Entrepreneurship isn’t a team work — Donald Trump

A successful entrepreneur once said: I am unemployable i found this out when i was 15 and tried to work a part time job, not realizing that thinking for my self and out shinning my boss wouldn't do me favors.

When most people are taught to specialize, to follow orders, to conform, to fit in, and to get a good job with a good salary… Entrepreneurs are different breed, because learning those things is the opposite of being an entrepreneur.

The smartest leaders in the world (entrepreneurs) employ (specialist) — let me explain this part: Entrepreneurs are generalist while most people are specialist eg: Doctors, Bankers, Engineers and so fort.

Specialist are easily replaceable… they are in every word “employee”

In schools, we’re taught to learn exactly what we’re told, how we were told it and when we were told it. Plus, you’ll get good grades as long as you repeat it back in your tests (examinations) exactly as it was taught in the books.

Even teachers (specialist) are taught to follow the system. In the military, every soldier is taught to follow orders, only a general(list) is taught to think for him self and to make decisions.

So… Just in case you happen to be an entrepreneur and you face these challenges:

Love life that sucks — zero girlfriend and plenty work load
Fear of — Achieving and Failing
Being alone during times of challenges
Feeling different and yet no body seems to notice or care
Not being understood
Fighting secrete fights where no one sees or cares
Fear not — It happened to us all, even the greatest entrepreneurs passed through same School of Hard Knocks — Those listed challenges are just a few of the course titles you must pass. So here’s a handout to get you even more prepared for your examinations coming up, but when you finally graduate, you’d have a nice time.

I believe you now know who you are…

I’m Harrison Akadidi — Super Human
