The University of Maiduguri (UNIMAID) says it plans to collaborate with the Bradford University in Britain as part of efforts to
actualize its potentials.
The University announced this in its latest
publication, “ UNIMAID Bulletin” on Wednesday in Maiduguri.
It added that
officials of the Institution had visited the campus of Bradford University in London to hold discussions on the
areas of possible collaboration.
“The UNIMAID Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Mala Daura, in company of the
Registrar, Malam Babagana Aji, were at the University in London. During the visit, they held
discussions with the authorities of the Bradford University.
“The collaboration
will centre on developing seven key areas of the University which include engineering design,
pharmaceutical science, international studies, among others,” the bulletin
said.
