Students from the polethecnics and colleges of Education took to the streets of Lagos to protest against the Academic Staff Union of Polethecnic, ASUP, strike which has been on for over 9 months now... The strike has grounded academic activities in all polethecnics and also halted the students academic pursuits.
heard from sources that police shot at the students protesting in the Ebute Metta area of Lagos... Hmmm
My personal view... this is so sad and the Government should proffer a solution to this matter. Education is power!
